I have a fellow associate at my work who also works as a bouncer at a club downtown. I'll have to ask him sometime.

12 hr is prettty shhittty for pay that risk your life
if you looking to build your chest up use muscle confusion its what i am on now its awesome
basically eveery set you change weights either plus 5 or plus 10
different excerise and what you eat
strong triceps help
supplemnnts like jack3d also help i take muscle marinated same but better
if u dont have time, do pushups,, pushup build up strength
I think you're confusing body guard with bouncer.
Bouncer deals with drunk people or people trying to get into bars/clubs.
Body guard will guard someone using any means necessary, even throwing himself in the way of a bullet.
I get to try out Hydrobuilder for the next few months. I try to stay away from NO2 products. Just personal preference. I don't know about you guys but when I'm on them my arms get too bulky to where I can't go complete a set.
We'll have to make a separate thread sometime, list supplements we each tried and personal feedback (pretty much what bodybuilding.com does :lulz )
