Well right now we're heading into the winter season and a hat is really not what people want to be wearing. However it would be a great time to get a design going.
We should focus on getting a beanie created and out by the end of November.

I don't know if you know this, but people wear hats all year round. In the winter, they just put a hood over their hats. As far as a place that does hats for a good price: http://www.vistaprint.com/custom-hat...328309965&rd=2 or Butler Custom Caps :: New Layout.

Nice find Dr. Phil, the Butler site has some very nice hat n prices. That checkered flag black/white one on the home page is good base hat.
Yeah, nice find. Although I don't believe they offer flexfit version, also...it has a required minimum order, which I know we won't meet...
It wouldn't really be a problem, but the site staff doesn't have money to throw around to not even sell half the hats ordered and have them sitting around waiting to be sold for over a year...

I know what you mean, but it is kind of hard to find a company that doesn't have to be a minimum order.
EDIT: Actually I did find one site that does say there is no minimum order to buy. They also offer a variety of different types of hats. http://www.crazycustomcaps.com/. Weird name but looks good enough to me.

And they have beanies! The Flexfit's start at $22, all the other designs are between $10-15. I guess once the design is choosen, the buyer can choose which cap they want maybe?
Site doesn't offer as many options though as far as placement, just front in back. No sides or on the bill.
