Well I accidentally let the dsm overheat the other night.. I went inside at a friends house and let it idle for 2 hours, thinking I would be right back and I forgot.
And just my luck, one of my fans decided to stop working, so I get out to the car and the coolant is boiling at the top of my reservoir, link v3 is throwing up a CEL saying the coolant is at least 250 degrees, I let the car sit for over an hour and cool down.
On the way home, it drives normal while under 40%-ish throttle, perfect A/F's also, but as soon as it would think about hitting boost (T-25), the car would bog down like crazy. My wideband was showing as rich as it could go, as well as link.. If I let off the gas and start going under 40%, the wideband shows rich for a few seconds then goes back to normal.
I changed the plugs today with new BPR6ES, car is still the same.. also my logs in link look fairly normal to me until I hit WOT.. (car is on stock tune for most part)
Only mods on car: Hard intake pipe w/filter, fmic, Link V3.
I am thinking it is the headgasket, as I do not have many other thoughts on it.. I will be doing a compression and leakdown test Tuesday if I have time.
Any thoughts guys?
