Yep, It's all good now. My passenger-side hole has been Bigsert repaired and contains the M12 Hex-Type Class 8.8 (Grade 5) x 60mm (length) x 1.25 thread (with a 25mm shoulder) bolt, with a 19mm hex head. And the driver-side hole still has the previous owner's helicoil repair in it and contains a new OEM M12 x 90mm x 1.25 thread Class 7 bolt, with a 17mm hex head. So, now I have the Bigsert kit and extra bolts for future possible repair of the driver-side hole if & when it needs it.
Yeah, Little by little, seems like I am building a new car. Oh well.
    Thanks again everyone.
    Later,
    Red.

Just to show you, here is what fell out of the passenger side hole, when I was cleaning the original damaged hole out & pulling the old helicoil outta there.
Looks like a piece of the thread off of the old OEM Bolt.

That piece of scrap must have been in the hole everytime in the past & whenever I put a new OEM Bolt up in there, that is why when the next time that bolt came out, it would be shredded.
I had just assumed that the threads in the hole were destroying the new bolts, but it was probably that piece all along.
That little shard has been reaking havoc for a long time, atlease since before I owned the car.
Anyway, just thought you guys would get a kick outta the piece I found that fell outta there. (this was before I repaired the hole of course)
    Later,
    Red.

Yeah, my Dad likes to say about me: "If you didn't have bad luck, you wouldn't have any luck at all."
Well, I think he might be right, when it comes to cars anyway.
