lol yeah, my superpump 250 isnt pictured and i have a trial of jack3d im going to try out saturday, (I work out EVERYDAY), how about my chili peppers on the wall? My kitchen is a chili pepper theme, even my ceiling fan is a chili pepper.

Appropriate theme for a kitchen. Superpump 250 is basically Gaspari's NO Explode. All it does is let nitrogen into your blood stream that allows you to get "pumped" but personally I stay away from it as it's just for looks. On a side note: use it when going to the beach.
Hope you're not working the same muscle groups everyday. Personally I workout 2-3 times a week (my job is it's own workout). If you don't give your body enough time to rest you'll just end up with a lost of apatite, fatigue, and no muscle gain.
I've heard some good things about Jack3d. However my current supplements are good enough to keep me going through my day and have a speedy recovery.
